During my first 9 months as an SDR, I created over $1.2m in qualified pipeline. Hereβs how I did it, in numbers: Every day: π 4 Conversations via cold call (took roughly 70 dials) π 12-15 prospects added to a high touch, persona specific sequence. π 15 LinkedIn Voice Notes/Custom messages. (Using roughly the Agoge sequence, shout out to the amazing Sam Nelson!) Every week: π Read 1 piece of content relevant to your industry, in order to create.. π’ 2x LinkedIn posts a week.
