I find tex au to be a lot better than phantom buster and much cheaper than captain data. Definitely my favorite tool in that category. Which one do you use the most Arnaud?

31 lessons I learned in 10 years in sales I wish school taught me (master in < 7 min) 👇 1. Embrace rejection, you'll hear "no" way more times than "yes". 2. Appearances matter, take care of yourself physically and mentally. 3. Your purpose is to help your prospects make the best decision possible. 4. To become more confident, gather evidence of your success. 5. Amazing testimonials will close more sales than you ever will. 6. Embrace pauses, they're powerful. Don't fear them. 7. Be enthusiastic and energetic. No one likes boring and flat people. 8. Once you get momentum going, don't stop. 9. If you assume objections, your prospect will definitely make them real. 10. You should be in control of the conversation at all times. 11. Listen way more than you speak. 12. To get the right answers, ask the right questions. 13. Be competent. 14. If they say that they need to think about it, don't just say "ok". 15. Always schedule your follow-up in a precise and timely manner. 16. Follow-up is boring and tedious, but vital if you want to make more money. 17. Don't work with clients that are not a good fit for you. 18. Don't sell products or services that you don't believe in. 19. Never end a call without having a clear picture of what the next steps are for both you and your prospect. 20. Get mentors. You don't know what you don't know. 21. Prevent objections. Don’t wait for them. 22. Record your sales calls and watch them at a later stage. You'll improve a lot. 23. Needy people struggle to close deals. 24. Learn constantly 25. If no one ever objects to your pricing, you're not charging enough. 26. You can't sell anything to anyone. That only happens in movies. 27. Don't interrupt or talk over your prospect. 28. Delete "ifs" and "maybes" from your vocabulary. Always assume that you already closed the sale. 29. Acknowledge your prospect's concerns. Be emphatic. 30. Your prospect is not your friend. Stay professional. 31. You sell with emotions, not logic. 4 days ago, I turned 32. If I could talk to my 22 years old self, 9 things I'd say 👇 > 1. Trust your gut feeling: My gut feeling never betrayed me. Every time I dismissed it, I regretted it. My gut feeling is my compass, I don’t ignore it. - - > 2. Be closer to your love ones In my 20s, I was naive. I didn’t realise my parents and grand parents will be gone at some point. Even if I live in Singapore, and they live in France Now, I call them 2 times/week Visit them 1-2 / year During those moments I try to accept them the way they are. No confrontations - - > 3. I can’t control everything I used to stress for things I had 0 influence over. I learned that’s useless It was a long and painful learning. - - > 4. Work first. Pleasure second I dedicated my 20s to learn as much as possible. I sometimes put myself in very uncomfortable situation. I don’t regret it. Those learnings and hard work did teach me so much. I'm glad I didn't screw up too much on this one! - - > 5. A handful of people care about you. I used to worry about what people could think about me. (mainly at school) Now, I understand that only my parents/grand-parents, my wife and a few close friends care about what I do. I do me. period. - - > 6. Life is not a walk in the park, I did a quite a few things well. I was wrong a lot too. I try to chill about my mistakes. Use them as learnings to move forward. - - > 7. Be careful from whom you take advices People talks a lot (too much) Most older people give advice about things they haven’t experienced. I learnt how to take advices from people who did what I wanted to achieve. I ignore the rest. - - > 8. Shape yourself Shape yourself mentally and physically Learn from others as much as you can Work out, take care of yourself, be healthy Your body is the only machine you can fully control Respect it if you don’t want to lose that control over time Maximise for energy and well-being - - > 9. There’s no right or wrong Question everything Most people have a view on everything Listen to their views But, don’t be naive. Question things Otherwise you will end up following the herd - - PS: That’s a wrap up of 9 things I was thinking about when taking my coffee at 7 am on my balcony on the 2nd of April. (birthday 🍰)

It took me 11 years to launch my 1st company 👇 I come from a small town (<10k people) in Brittany (France). Being an entrepreneur there is not a thing. It was more: - Go to school - Then university (maybe) - Find a job that pays your bills - And don’t move. I’m the opposite of that. As a teenager, when the time of: “Finding what you gonna study” comes, I found the choices very limited. 13 years ago 1- Becoming a doctor or a lawyer were the top jobs. You’ll be useful to society, make good money and your parents proud 2- Becoming a trader in a bank was judged as “evil”. People were envious of the guys who assumed that choice 3- Entrepreneur = jobless 4- All the rest to me was: You study {topic} for {X} years. You become assistant {whatever} post-Uni. You’ll make {Y}k / year I felt lost. At 16-17, I told my mom: “I can’t project myself in any of these, is it normal?” I was not inspired by my environment: Youtube/Google saved me. I aroused my curiosity and cultivated my ambition It helped me figure out what I didn’t want. For most, I was a rebel hating conformism. I didn’t see it that way. I wanted freedom more than everything. After sharing this to my mom, she said: ”No rush. Learn about yourself. Find 1-2 things that you’re naturally good at and expand on these.” It became quite clear. At a young age: - Engaging in conversations with people I didn’t know was easy. - Selling was my game. I sold everything (bikes, clothes, video games, cigarettes, etc...) - I was a connector. As I was selling things, people started to know my name. I made “friends” in all the high schools in Rennes Going to business school after high school was a smart choice for me. It opened my eyes. It shaped me. I met some people with similar dreams than me. I traveled (UK, China, USA) and learned about the world I understood it’s not because you are born and grew up in an environment (imposed on you) that you can’t explore and choose a new environment that suits you better. After studying business for 5 years and working for 2 years in an investment bank. I randomly ended up in Singapore at 24 y.o. There, I discovered a business city that’s moving fast with the proximity of a village. 7 years ago, I told an ex-colleague that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. He said: “Don’t do it now. You don’t know much. Perfect your Sales. Once you get that confidence. Give it a shot” He was right. I was a wantrepreneur from the age of 16 to 27. At 27 years old, I launched The Scalelab with Youssef El Kaddioui At 31 years old now, I realize how much launching your own business can teach you about: - Yourself - Life - What’s important (and what’s not). Steve Jobs was right: “You can only connect the dots looking backward”
