And these aren’t only individuals — 86% of the Fortune 500 use it. Their funnel is a CMO’s dream — and biggest nightmare. Just ask Jessica Gilmartin. “It worked, but it was inefficient and expensive,” she told me. Starting in January, Jessica overhauled the sales motion.
